How to delete account?

To delete your account, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to your profile page

2. Click "setup" button in the upper right corner.

3. Scroll the page to the bottom and find "Delete Account" highlighted in red

4. After clicking, a confirmation window will pop up. Click again to completely delete the account.

5. You can cancel and undelete your account within 48 hours​.

※ You must be logged into the account to initiate deletion, ensuring you are the legitimate account holder.

Upon clicking "Delete Account," the system will display two confirmation screens. You must confirm your deletion request a second time to proceed with account termination.

※ Following account deletion, all data associated with the account will be permanently erased. This includes personal information, matching history, chat conversations, and other account data. You will no longer be able to access the account.

※ After deletion, the phone number and Apple/Google account previously associated with the deleted account will become available for registering a new account.
